Mode of Payment

FEE RULE 2024 - 2025

  • Keep your school fee book safe for verification.
  • Fee once paid will not be refunded.
  • Fee should be deposited at the bank (INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, YMCA, SECTOR-6, FARIDABAD-121006)
  • School fee will be paid through online mode from the school's "Carmel Convent School APP" (can be downloaded from Google Play store)

  • Incomplete fee slips shall not be accepted.

(If the details like the student Name, Class, Section, Mobile Number, Admission Number, and Amount are not filled correctly in the fee book, no entry will be in the fee record.)

  • Parents must mention their ward's Name, Class, and Phone No. At the back of the DD clearly in block letters.
  • Parents visiting timings:

Summer: 9 am to 10 am

Winter: 10 am to 11 am

  • Whenever the parents are called for fee clarification they need to come to the office at the appointed time.
  • The school fee book will be issued only once for an academic year.
  • Another book will be issued only on payment of Rs. 20/- from the school office.
  • If the notice of withdrawal is not given in writing by the person responsible for the pupil, the fee for the following month will be charged.
  • Name of the defaulter will be struck off the rolls after non-payment of the fee for two months as per the rules given above without any intimation to the concerned.
  • RE-ADMISSION may be accepted on payment of admission fees with permission of the Principal.
  • Fee will be accepted with late fee of Rs.100 per month.
  • The dishonoured cheque will be fined Rs.500 /-.
